Flat $6 shipping anywhere in the US and Canada, and it’s free on orders over $50. We work with select suppliers to dispatch your items directly: most orders ship within about 2 business days and arrive in roughly 3–7 days depending on distance, often sooner. You’ll hear from us if anything about your order needs your attention.

Returns & Our Guarantee

Made to be handled, made to last. That's the promise. If a piece arrives damaged or isn't as described, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right: a replacement or a full refund, no return shipping. No forms, no fine print.

If an item arrives damaged or isn’t as described, email us at support@smolderstone.com within 14 days with your order number. We handle claims directly: we will issue a refund or arrange a replacement without asking you to pack it back up and pay for return shipping. We absorb these costs out of our own margin.
