What we collect, and why

When you create an account, check out, or join our email lists, we collect your email address, and at checkout, the name, shipping address, and phone number needed to deliver your order. We use these strictly to manage your orders, fulfill our guarantee, and send the emails you asked for. We never sell your data.

Who processes it for us

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Beyond that, we use a small number of service providers to store order and account data and to send the emails you asked for; each sees only what its job requires, under its own confidentiality obligations. Our transactional emails contain no tracking pixels.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure advertising. These set cookies and share visit data with their providers, who may use it as described in their own policies. If you prefer not to be measured, browser tracking protections, ad blockers, and the providers’ own opt-outs (like Google’s Analytics opt-out) all work here. The site functions identically without them.

Your data, your call

To unsubscribe from any list, use the link in the email or write to us. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted (we keep only what order records the law requires), email support@smolderstone.com and we’ll handle it directly.

Terms of Sale

Ordering from Smolderstone is governed by our Terms of Sale: the 14-day returnless guarantee, safety responsibilities for burnable goods, and the rest of the paperwork, written to be read. Our products (crystals, stones, incense, resins) are sold as natural goods and aesthetic objects. We make no health or healing claims about any of our pieces, and any references to tradition are provided strictly for historical context.
